How it works
From your enquiry to a window that works.
Axial Display introduces you to a specialist transparent LED partner. We take your first enquiry and pass it on. The partner assesses the window, quotes, supplies and fits the display, and contracts with you directly.
- 1
Tell us about the project
What you want to achieve, where the window is and when you need it. An outline is enough to start.
The premises, the window dimensions, and photos of the glass from outside and inside help most.
- 2
Introduction
We reply by email, ask for anything missing, and with your agreement pass your enquiry to our specialist partner.
- 3
Assessment and quotation
The partner looks at the glass, which way the window faces, how close people stand, power and access, then recommends a display and quotes you directly.
- 4
Supply and installation
If you go ahead, your contract is with the partner. They supply the display, fit it and set it up at your window.
- 5
Live
Your display goes live. Content runs through the display’s software, and campaigns can be updated remotely.
Our role
We make the introduction.
Axial Display doesn’t manufacture, sell or install displays. We help you get started and introduce you to a specialist who does.
Your quotation, contract, installation, warranty and after-care are all with our partner. Checking whether your council needs to give advertisement consent is for you as the shop.
Useful details to have ready
- What the display is for.
- Photos of the window from outside and inside.
- The size of the window and the number of panes.
- Which way it faces, or whether it gets direct sun.
- Whether power is near the glass.
- Your preferred date, and whether it can move.
- An indicative budget, if known.
The buyer’s guide has the full checklist.
Questions
Who makes the content?
Usually your own designer or agency, and you update the display yourself through its software, usually from a computer or phone. See designing content for a see-through window for what works well.
Can you give an instant price?
No. Each window is quoted individually by our partner, because the area, pixel spacing, brightness, glazing and installation all affect the price. Send the dimensions and a photo with your enquiry.
Can I see it before committing?
Ask us. We’ll find out from our partner what samples or demonstrations are available for your window, and any cost, before anything is arranged.
How long does a project take?
Our partner confirms timing once they know the window, the approvals needed and their own schedule. Include your date in the enquiry.
Who installs the display?
Our specialist partner, under its contract with you.
Does a digital window need permission?
It may. Illuminated window displays can need advertisement consent, and listed buildings and conservation areas add restrictions. Check with your council early. See digital shop windows for more.
Ready when you are.
An outline is enough to begin. We’ll ask about the rest.
